client/ visitors/ consultant. Information is asked only to the extent required for
creating Account of client, Consultant or to give our services, and to make
payments or to make refunds as applicable. We do not sell or otherwise
commercialise you data or information to any third party. We try our best to keep
our system secure and reliable. We retain a copy of your data solely for legal
purpose so that we can defend our self on event of any claim or allegation even
after you deactivate your account with Knottymind.
For drafting legal documents and for providing legal services including consultation
and commercialization, KLS gather information from client which are not personal
data but are required indispensably for understanding particular requirement of
client. All such data are not of category personal date or sensitive personal data.
